Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

Domestic: All states within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are determined based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. During checkout, you will be able to choose the shipping option that best suits your needs.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product purchased, handling requirements, packaging materials, and the shipping method selected. The final shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided in the notification email.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Secret Peptide Club is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping once they have been transferred to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team as soon as possible to initiate a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is complete.
